well damn, I have all directories chmod 755 and all files 644, Is there any other possible way this is happening?

Like it thinks I'm not admin/owner or whatever?

No, same error even with it chmod 644

I have pictures showing what happens, everything that has a red square around is what I clicked. Also the first image is tagged so just click on the mod to go to where I got it from.
