New and Your posts links are vital parts of my forum routine, so why are they hidden in dropdown menu? For many users, that action link can be a vital part of their forum routine. Burying it behind menu-diving tedium only hurts the user experience

Re: Combine Related functionality (UI Cleanup)
I have never ever used Mark forum / subforum / all topics as read in 9 years of using phpbb. Just saying
What about moving it to bottom navbar? There already are actions like Subscribe topic, Bookmark topic. So there could be actions for forums / subforums too.

Re: Quick Links
So the color shows what will be found, not whether there are any to find. Therefore they do make some sense to me. ;) That was the idea, yes Your posts can also find unread posts, same for Unanswered and Active posts. All of those links may or may not display unread posts so I am asking again, what...

+1 to Pony99CA and KurtisC
(I would rather liked their posts without writing a new one, it takes much more time)

Re: Quick Links
I dont understand why there are different icons. Why Your links has arrow, which other links dont have. Is "Your posts" somehow connected to arrow? If not it does not make sense to use arrow icon, it does not help users. New and Unread posts have the same icon but they do 2 different funct...

Re: Applying changes in 3.1 to 3.0 prosilver
Yes of course, for starters is 3.1 much much better then 3.0. I am looking forward to 3.1 and next major branches. However I am talking about existing boards. I use so "hooks" system in 3.0 where it is possible, I dont heavily modify core code. For example, few days ago I finished custom m...

Re: Applying changes in 3.1 to 3.0 prosilver
I have created or modified over 100 boards and I am pretty sure most of my clients will not want to update. They spent a lot of money to developing custom MODs for example custom marketplaces, custom auctions, connected authentication with their blogging / gaming platforms etc, They have no reason t...

Re: Applying changes in 3.1 to 3.0 prosilver
Well at least most visible things like CSS buttons, max width, responsive layout.. I believe 3.0.x will still be used for several years, 3.1 does not bring so many pros for boards which already are modified and are working good, so admins will not update.

Applying changes in 3.1 to 3.0 prosilver
I was thinking about applying some changes from 3.1 prosilver to 3.0 prosilver. Would be somebody interested in this? I applied things like CSS buttons and some other for one of my clients. Will there by new 3.0.x version after 3.1 is released? Many people will continue using 3.0 branch because ther...

Re: Combine Related functionality (UI Cleanup)
I would put New posts on first place. I think it is more used link than Your posts
