No doubt I'm not using the right search term, but I have tried several and can't seem to get where I need to go.

I want to change the "terms" of registration to my board, but cannot find the location from which to effect that.

Are you referencing phpbb2 or 3? I have yet to find anything that looks like the "quoted" portion of your post in phpBB3.

If you mean refreshing my browser - yes. If you mean tinkering around with the cache (which I have no idea about how to manage) - no.

I have repeatedly changed background colors and the effort has had 0, none, nada, zip affect on the board.

Maybe I should leave my number if help ever arrives on the styling thread?
