Im getting sImilar error but not on all MOD installs, just most of them.

the error info:

Warning: ftp_put(): Connecting to port ____/..../bb/admin/em_includes/em_ftp.php on line 1167

Installation Failed


and also:
Critical Error

: complete_file_repro[1]->modio_close[2]

FTP ERROR: could not ...

if i try a mod in Easymod and it displays errors after clicking the install button...

if the MOd doesnt install, i get critical errors or what ever type, BUT it shows a whole list of commands that were performed on the files to be edited or sql.

what has happened to the database if anything ...

i installed a bunch of mods (all from this site) and all but the last one without any errors.

now i do wish to change the style. i have a second 'test' board and saw that the mods installed after i added the new style were edited with ez mod and work in that style mode as well but ...

this was a bummer to learn. i was thinking it was the other way around

so then what needs to be done in order to install a new template AFTER EZMOD and a few other needed MODS?

is it possible to do without really having to tamper with a large mess of files?
