What happened? EM ERROR!

I got to the end of installing em, and it said:

Adding EasyMOD tables to your database
Executing SQL:

This is what it said during install. When I entered my server info (step 1) and hit submit, it came up with this.

A required file [../../../admin/mods/easymod/templates/step1b_ftp.tpl] is missing. Aborting install.

Not Working (!)

Okay, i copied all the easy mod files into a new folder called (mod) under "admin". I am stuck. I do not get the go to
http://www.example.com/your_forum_folder/admin/mods/easymod/easymod_install.php
