I'm just curious how the developers go about deciding when it is time to stop development and release an update. Do you get to a point in your development where you feel that this is stable and for the most part bug free enough to release? Or do you have a list of things that you've decided must get ...

err I did, and the only thing mentioned is the cron stuff. That is hardly a list.

Excellent, that will be great. I'm glad to hear that it is an upcoming feature.

I'm wondering if this will be a new feature in PHPBB3. It is an option I really wanted in v2. The ability to automatically assign a user to a usergroup once they reach a certain post count. Is that possible? Or would I need some kind of mod for that?
