I've installed MOD-Extend rank color and my 'Ranks' link from - ACP -> User Admin disappeared ! I can't add a new rank anymore ! anyway to fix that ?

I'm trying to install *Banner Exchange 1.2.1* and I get this:

I installed EasyMOD on my phpbb forum, all worked well couple of days till the hosting where is the forum got some problems with sql db !
