How far along is the team from having a working EasyMod for phpBB3?

Well after trying to install via FTP it wont let me, says port 21 is wrong when its right. So I attempted to download and move the files my self and I get this error... any idea why and how to fix it?

ok cool, got it working. Now when its asking for the FTP info I'm putting in the suer name, pass, /phpBB2 and the url to the FTP server and it tells me the port # is wrong when I know its 21

ummm thats not helping me reinstall EM and where do I get the files to put in the template?

ok, I installed Easeymod back in feb and now I dont remember the password to access the area. I am the creator of the site, and have FTP access and such. I tried looking for the myphpadmin and I cant find that, I installed the EM Version changer and its asking for a password, and now when I click it ...

I'm trying to install the cash mod and got the following errors. Got no clue on how to fix it. Also it said it installed correctly anyway. I see the Cash Admin and Cash Help in the admin area.

Well I installed it correctly according to what it said when it finished. Now when I click on any of the 3 options in MOD area, I get this error...

Template->make_filename(): Error - file admin/mod_header.tpl does not exist


any idea?
