Yes, you can create styles, i have done it.

But i have to update the styles weekly and they go through a lot of changes. VERY TIME CONSUMING.

If you are going to pay for a style. WAIT. Wait until PHPBB3 Gold. Otherwise you will end up paying money for something that is out of date, or has problems ...

It works, but is still basic.

Yes, the style is in the /adm/ folder in your root.

I might give it a go some time...
