Is there any official decision regarding this RFC? A subset of my forum's community would find the inclusion of post content in the 'subscribe' email message very useful, and would like to have the option of receiving an email for every post within a subscribed forum.

Yeah, 777 bad, 755 good.
I missed the 777 for includes/sql, thanks pointing that out.
Next step : Install AcydBurn's attachment mod with EM. But the docs state
that a bunch of dirs have to be 777, so I'm having second thoughts... Will
have to research a bit more.

I just installed the latest EM for a 2.0.21 board.
Eveything went fine, thanks for all the good install
documentation!
After I finished, I noticed that the admin/em_includes
directory was 777:
drwxrwxrwx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxx 4096 Aug 23 23:13 em_includes/
I changed it to 755, and I can still use the ...
