Go to User permissions in the ACP. For the user you want to edit, select "Admin permissions" in the dropdown box.

Users at the forum I run are always requesting MODs that are available by default in Olympus, so I always say, "we'll upgrade to phpBB3 and then you'll be happy." :mrgreen:
I'd say a lot of them are excited about it...the moderators there also got a sneak peek at management side, and coming from 2 ...

IMO it's a matter of which software your familiar with I 'grew up' with phpBB to put it bluntly. to me, the IPB and vB ACP's look cluttered and un-easy to use, but that's because I know phpBB from top to bottom and grew accustomed to it :)

I'm content with waiting for phpBB3, but I also know it's not for everyone.
And not everyone is willing to wait, or they may not be able to wait, but that is the way of the road with Open Source software, it's just not a big deal to some of us, and we've learned to accept it.

If you have phpBB3, then it has an attachment system by default. If you have phpBB2, then you can install the Attachment MOD.
