No MODs have been added to phpBB3 - all of the code used to create the functionality of Olympus was written by the phpBB developers.
It is a design decision not to include Quick Reply as a default feature. There will, of course, be MODs available for Quick Reply functionality.

First, contact the people that are doing it directly and tell them to cease or you'll take action. If that doesn't work, go to the admins of the site. At the very last resort, email the hosting provider of the site found in the WHOIS info.

after this parenthesis.. I did following..
in the Album acp there is a dropdown.. where I can set the album admin.. as founder.. or just having an a_ or belonging to a group.. or or or..
but default is founder..
It seems that the first option makes it so that only one admin can turn the album ...

@JPortal: I agree that - the last time i tested the beta (some month ago) - administration wasn't that easy as it might.
We're not even in beta yet. This is still alpha-level code.
IPB came out before this, the user panel is very similar
