Re: AJAX support?

blobber, not everything needs discussing "openly" ... ;) Please, just let me run things how I see fit ... sometimes, just sometimes I'm right ;) You'll get your moment soon enough (if you really and honestly wish to contribute more than words). lol, "words" ? You mean ESSAYS - don't you ? I'm...

Re: AJAX support?

What kind of redesign efforts are you referring to? Most AJAX functionality would work perfectly just written into a template without touching the core code. I was referring to some of the feature requests/ideas concerning phpBB's support for AJAX that I recently talked about with other phpBB users...

Re: AJAX support?

Hi everybody, I was wondering if Olympus will have some kind of AJAX integration like it's available in the new vB Beta. It's kind of useful (to be honest, I think they've gone a bit too far with AJAX features), and I haven't seen it in the CVS yet. Are there plans to implement it for 3.0 or is it ...

Re: For Olympus! -livejournal

Apart from that, vph has composed a very nice and objective posting, while I don't necessarily share the idea that it might be good to add all sorts of things to a forum, vph's latter postings was certainly refreshing to read, no trolling and annoyance that I could tell. Re: Export Posts To Text

I do not know if this has been discussed or not. My searching was to no avail. But... My wife and I are writing a book with some friends using PHPBB as the pen and the paper. When we are done, as opposed to letting an editor read 5000 posts, I would like to be able to export the entire contents of ...

Re: Ready to be moderated...

No support for CVS... yahda yahda yahda.. Reason is obvious: there is no sanity in troubleshooting code that is not finished. Understood. This post is not asking for code support, but installation guidance... Here goes: If I have an installation ov the CVS and I want to update the installation to t...

Sometimes it's really fun being around ...

While we are at it, I think it would be really noble of phpBB if it could end the world poverty.
