I'll put one final post in this thread then (Yes I now realize it is a double post, but too late now).
If it's possible it's also OK for the script to just do the Iris theme, as that is the only one used anyway.

If this is the MOD script that you are currently trying to install in EM and if the subSilver/overall_header.tpl file that you provided came from the same board, I see nothing wrong with the current version of the MOD script. Looking for Iris code in the subSilver files?

I'm trying to install QWiki via EM, but I am having a serious problem, namely that EM is trying to do the Iris edits in the Subsilver files.
