Re: 2.0.x subSilver style buttons

You see that "preview" box? Enter "Fast Reply" in there et voila...

However, I am in no way sure of the legality of this, so... I can accept no responsibility if they sue you until your head implodes or something like that.

I'm sure that wouldn't mind two little letters for a small button to ...

Re: 2.0.x subSilver style buttons

The font itself is Triplex , which is a commercial font and unfortunately not available for free.

Bummer. I'm trying to change (or recreate) the Post Reply button to Fast Reply, so all I need is an F and an A. It looks like the font is the Sans Light version. I guess I could grab the f&a ...

Re: Bottom Aligned Signature: 1 phpbb Styling Question

To align signatures to bottom of post you'll need to rebuild tables so post would consists of two cells - cell with text that is aligned to top and cell with signature that is aligned to bottom.

Why not use a style="height: 100%" on the table? With the new stuff in CSS, there's no point to using ...

2.0.x subSilver style buttons

I want to create a new subSilver-like button. Is there a blank for the Reply/Post/Locked size of buttons? Also, does anybody know what font is used in the text?

Re: Radio buttons and proper punctuation

Sorry about that. I forgot that v3 was in a feature freeze. Even though I completely disagree with most of the arguments here, I'm not going to drag it on further.

Locking topic.

Re: Gosh, the new phpBB 2.2 ROCKS!

I do say that I'm very impressed with the new features already implemented here. It even has a Friend/Foe system, which is a good feature that's hard to find. I can't wait to beta test this thing.

Re: Will phpBB2.2 feature EasyMod, or something similar?

anyway, only takes 5 minutes to make the attachment MOD install with EM if you know what your doing. ;)

I kinda figured as much, looking through the steps involved, which was the reason why a "EasyMOD port" would be possible. Though the fact that Acid expressly says that it's not compatible at ...

Radio buttons and proper punctuation

May I suggest two requests for the new board?

First of all, radio buttons are useless. Totally. Utterly. Useless. All they do is confuse and make the page ugly. Being able to scan your preferences, for example, is MUCH easier with select boxes than radio buttons. Even for simple yes/no questions ...

Re: Will phpBB2.2 feature EasyMod, or something similar?

I agree that putting in the wrong kind of MODs and too many MODs can be dangerous, but I don't believe that the solution for that type of education is to hide EasyMOD as a MOD. That sounds like something along the vein of "Education by Obsucation" or just keeping the populace ignorant of their ...
