I've got a set of ads set up in a table (tall & narrow column) that I want to add onto both prosilver and subsilver2 styles.

In phpBB 2.X, it was simple enough to just add another <td> after the credit stuff in the footer. Now, not so much.

Hmmm... You see, I can add a bit of extra comment right under the Location heading (by editing the language file) indicating why it's important to include this info as well as making sure people don't just not do it.

I'm honestly not the right person to ask. Also, I don't think this kind of modifications are supported at this time.
Also please remember that messing around with the code, if you're not an expert ...

Is there a way of making the optional "Location" field in User info into a mandatory field? For our board it's important to know where a member is when they ask for local resources, often forgetting to include where they're from.

I know there's a way to ADD a mandatory field but the Location field ...
