Luckily my host just switched to 4.3.6 and they are using cPanel build 9.4.0-RELEASE 21. Maybe that will help you.

In our case the intention was to use karma to "reward" 'good' members and "punish" 'bad' members. However there is no fool proof way to achieve this. Some of the better ways would've imposed (in my opinion) too great a load on the board (re-computation of karma for all users upon given conditions ...
