How about dual-language Forums? I run a forum in which users post in Simplified and Traditional Chinese, as well as English. There is a problem in the current phpBB release (I use 2.0.6) in displaying Chinese characters in the subject title when viewing in English. I had to manually adjust the 2.0.6 ...
