Development Discussion Board

I think categories would be a bit overkill, but to have a dropdown box that can scroll would be nice, especially if a rich text editor would be added :) It would be optional, and necessary, when you look at a forum like ours that has 20 pages of smilies already :/ I won't get into why there are so ...
