I saw a new adm. permissions system, when establishing new admins & i wanna say following:

i think, that there are no 4 options:



can delete major admin posts
(major admin is the owner of the board & 1st registered admin)

can ...

At first admin_pannel :mrgreen: > then forums>manage then choose category or forum whre you want to set this option> then click edit
> in the bottom of new options window click submit(so you can change some options in this window to, if you need)> then you'll see ...

VBulletin is commercial, & i don't see any opportunities to compare these boards, cause phpBB system is free. In our country most of people don't wanna pay big money for vBulletin and for it's support, so Belarus also spports phpBB.

I thought so...,that i understood, but there are one more question. Where in admin panel i can rul cashing options? I've found one option, that refreshes temlates, after theirs caching, but it doesn't work...

Well to me it be not absolutely clear siuation with new templating system.

So I've understood, that now we can't directly change templates from their root folder. It became clear to, when i tried to edit in my php editor new overall_header.html. I made some changes & prepared to look at result ...
