You seemed to have misunderstood my statement. I said I do agree and would respect it, but I suggested that something in some form or fashion should be setup maybe externally from The phpBB Group. There is no reason for you to be "pushy", we're all friends here.

Everyone is allowed to help :). cache/ would have to be CHMODDed to 777 becasue there are files in it. Apparently, 2.1 caches SQL queries and template pages. Every time I create a new forum or make a template change, I have to clear the cache/ directory for this to update on the index page. Is there ...

That's already been set long ago. But there is a cache/ directory in the phpBB root. If I clear it after I add a forum, then I can see it on the index.

Every time I create a new forum of sorts, it doesn't show up on the index until I manually clear the cache/ directory. What's with this?

I am extreamly impressed with this phpBB version and I have downloaded the snapshot. This is AWESOME. Thanks soooo much phpBB!!!
