b2 was working fine this happened after updating to RC1

Got this error when receiving emails after updating from b2 to RC1:

Like david63 also mentioned all extensions that have ACP option/settings in extensions tab.
So change settings and save the extra errorbox appear.

It appears when you change/save a setting in a extension.

Got this when saving extension settings in ACP.
Settings will be saved only message will appear.

Updated from 3.2.0-a2 to 3.2.0-b1 without problems.
