That could be, as a matter of fact the David's extension as it is doesn't seems to be extending the notification class.

Do you mean you aren't actually doing some thing more for phpBB 3.1.x? Correct - this was based on the fact that 3.2 was supposed to be released over 12 months ago and that 3.1 was originally intended to be reaching EOL sometime around now. Funnily enough, I just came to look at this thread to ask ...

Finally someone has posted it... I was about to post a RFC myself, no need now :) As stated on the other forum, this option is need as I have nearly lost all my people to facebook now, some even think the site no longer exist because they don't get notifications, the smart phone generation depend on...
