Well as you can see by this site, and by the date of that quote this is old. phpBB's prosilver is responsive.

It heavily relies on JS. Without that an annoying " This site is best viewed in a modern browser with JavaScript enabled " is always displayed and reading discussion lists or discussions is available, but without links to users, without seeing how many posts a discussion has, etc... That's a downer...

good clean firefox That's as contradicting as "efficiently ordered mess". Far in the past Fx was good. on Windows 10 I suspect 64bit. Does Fx still not support 64bit?
