I writed to the hosting and in server error log there is only this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /var/www/hosting/hypok.cz/install/startup.php on line 70

$iohandler = $phpbb ...

Yes, I writed to hosting for error log.

I tried to do clean install and when I upload files and when I go to /install folder I see blank page with this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /var/www/hosting/hypok.cz/install/startup.php on line 70

I've installed phpBB 3.1 b2 on my test website. But few days ago beta 3 was released and I want update my test board.
Has phpBB 3.1 any button like Wordpress for update? Or I've to delete old files from phpBB directory and load from new version (like in phpBB 3.0)?
