It works in my phpBB 3.3.3-RC1 test installation just fine. I think you have a JS error something like this.

If you are not willing to create a ticket, nobody will and it won't get fixed. If this was the plan, fine, but then no need to give any "clues" at all or bother those people here.

Visual stuff = CSS
Content = HTML

So, a visual HTML got removed. Don't see the problem.

I can confirm it.

No entry for load_font_awesome_url in phpbb_config

Although the two migrations according to ./phpbbcli.php db:list run:

Yes, you need to install the dependecies before you can use phpBB from that github-repository. Just run the displayed command: php ../composer.phar install

he could simple use the release tags and then the version is the same as on the download package.. Don't see what is against that. Even this is not ready to go, you need to run composer to get the third-party libraries pulled in. We don't provide official support in the main support forums for folk...

You should not deploy teh development code on a production site. Just use the official download package and follow the instructions.
