Maybe in phpBB4 it will be possible to add events that allow an extension to do such thing effectively.
Anyway, I'm against doing that in the core
i doesnt matter if we have to modified the core or use like an extension. the important i think is the posibility to do it.

I think phpbb just need 2 groups: Users Group ( whatever you want... admin, moderator ) and Permiss. And with Roles you could make everything.

I can't imagine more than a handful of site owners actually using such a feature.

Not just a handful. if you have your own forum and you decide to split the responsibility of the forum with priviliges of an administrator you can use it as well.
that gonna help big, medium and small forum. and ...

and to give privileges like to create, delete, change subforum from a specific forum, or to allow him to decide his logo.. is it so difficult as well??

For when a version of phpbb where a moderator has Administrator privileges from a subforum to their children?

that allow him to change image forum, create new forum, control user´s post, change logo...etc

and another question.. where can i see the new ...

How often does it happen you have to open a new subforum? Once a month? Once a week? Once a day? Every hour?

i gonna have many clubs in my forum, each one with its own president. i just want to give them the posibility of organizing the way they choice without having to make any request to me ...

phpbb cant give the permiss to an user to creater subforum from a determinate level. i must to give general permiss for all forum a person who i dont know. that´s why i suggest this.

the idea that i have, is to give to an user that i dont know, priviliges to manage his own space in my forum for distributing like he wants.
i gonna have clubs of many hobbys in my forum and i cant give them, administrator´s priviliges.
