Is this still in development?

phpBB2 without addons does not support many of the features that WBB2 allows (e. g. subforums or additional profile fields), so a direct converter to phpBB3 would be the better option.

Will there be any converters from other board software, esp. WBB2?

Is the uploading feature for images still active? I don't see any button for this ...
