If they do keep it to just moderators, I see that help tell everyone inlcuding the Admin(s) why so they know the moderators are doing their job. If a user edited and said something like "bad link ...

I believe Karma is a rating other users can give user. Say if they flame or just aren't helpful you can recieve a negative karma level, a positive or green karma level is from someone who helps others out and are rated postive.

Good question AJD, at first I had no idea that Mozilla renamed it, I though it was just something new until I went to mozilla. A little more profesionally released and has an actual installer this time. Basically the same, just nicer looking images, still is the best browser IMO.
