every bug is as "review later" except the bugs assigned to naderman, maybe they are sending him some bug spray so that he can kill the last bugs before Beta5.

new "functions" ?
the permissions screen is new (since B4) and there are other various changes that you'll notice on area 51 here which have been implemented since B4, but I dunno about new features :p

They do have to go through their converters and make sure they work with the latest update before releasing Beta 5... at least I would assume that's going on.
If you are a programmer, the wait should not be so bad... just use that time to cook up another mod
