Finally does a ' Impressum' is inserted or have to be still inserted by a Mod in the next release?

that's a feature that in my mind should not be provided with the boardsoftware. it's pretty easy to add this page so therefore i'd say it should be done within a mod.

Developers don't add MODs into the board themselves. This board is coded originally by the developers.
(Translation: The file attachment support wasn't simply taken from AcidByrn and slightly modified, the phpBB crew worked it all out. And so on.)

There is ongoing discussion with phpBB.de about this and we might talk to other international communities if there is need for other special features. It is not yet decided if this will be implented, but rest assured that we are aware of the needs. :)

It's highly unlikely anything beyond COPPA will be included ... to cater for all nations particular requirements is rather excessive. 2.2 will include the Privacy Policy required by many EU nations but beyond that ... Mod central.
