No, it was a background image of the page, defined in CSS. Easily removed or changed by changing the body definiton in CSS.

Body tag = defines basic page attributes such as background image
CSS = Cascading Style Sheet

yea it wasnt hardcoded i found it in the styles_ something i forget now...
