Can you clear the database?

Post by james_isaac »

If I install the hourly snapshot of phpBB 2.1, then is there a way to completely clear the database when I want to switch bakc to a stabe version of 2.0.4? And then will it be like I never put 2.1 on it?

(And btw, when I clikc on the CVS snapshot, it says 2.1. But is taht avtually 2.2?)

What I am trying to say is:

If I install phpBB 2.1 on a website, then, when i have tried it out, will I be able to delete it, adn clear the database, so that I can put phpBB 2.0 on?

Unsupported means unsupported.

Read you DBSM documentation... also, this is why "PHP/*SQL knowledge is required to run CVS".
