I would like to see the extension manager gets its update so it is aware of extension branch versions (3.1x/3.2x) in this release.
Has an irascible disposition.

What about all the pending issues open on the tracker for 3.1.11? Specially events, simple enough to review... And some bugs... Not enhancements, i understand.
Thanks!

Well, I hope this show stopper is fixed in next version. This is a serious bug and still shows as unsolved I reported back in Jan

https://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/SECURITY-205

You pretty much cannot ban anyone because of this bug. This bug is there for 3.1 and 3.2 and is a show stopper bug. I don't know how you can make another release before this is fixed. You have even marked this one as a stopper.

Changes that'll still make it into 3.1.11 will be decided upon case by case.

If you would have read the third bullet point in the to do list you would have noticed this part:
Make sure all reports in the security tracker are closed or invalid
Since that's not checked yet you can figure that we haven't skipped on anything.

Thanks a lot Marc, but I did read it, and specifically calls for the SECURITY tracker, not the regular tracker, and that is not mentioned anywhere else. That is why I asked.

And again, thanks A LOT! You are dedicating a load of time! And the rest of the team as well!.
