General error when reporting

I'm pretty sure this isn't the right place to report this, but I'm not sure what would be the right place.

I just tried to report a post here on Area51, about being a support request that should be placed on phpBB.com/community
After I posted the report form, I got this error:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' [1062]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page.

To make sure I went back to the report form and selected another report reason, but with the same result.

Now I'm not really sure about the version this forum runs on, but reporting goes well on my local 3.2 installation so I guess posting this bug to the issue tracker with the 3.2 label is wrong. Perhaps it's only on this specific installation or branch. I'll happily report this elsewhere if someone points me in the right direction.

For testing purposes, I just tried to report this very post. It resulted in the same error.

Looks as if area51 is a beta version of 3.2

area51 it's supposed to run the master branch (3.3.x), in fact it is running a version major than betas:

All of this lets me imagine that the above fix (14607), stated as unverified, isn't yet fully functional.

Not sure where you get that information from as the master branch of phpbb-area51 on github is 3.2-RC1

It would appear then that this fix does not work

The Master branch contains (right or wrong) the 3.3 version of phpBB and is running on here.

The fact that no one feature/improvement has been yet applied there that doen's means it is not 3.3

There are a lot of PRs/commits/reports that have been post-poned to 3.3 there, area51 is running the latest development version of phpBB, as usual.

I could post some links to where it is also specified but I have no time nor the will to search for them, sorry.

Reading the Crizzo's comment above linked it seems that the fix doesn't affect those already installed boards but the new ones. Being area51 not a fresh installation that could be the reason why there is still this bug on here. If this is the case though, something should be done about it indeed. Assuming I have correctly understood the ticket.
