OK, sounds fair enough. So just ditching the RFC altogether?

We'll still have RFCs but they won't be required and only used for bigger features

In relation to the forum structure, how will it now be structured. I'd propose:
- Development
-- https://www.phpbb.com/community/
-- General Development Discussion
-- New RFCs
-- Rejected or Invalid (Doesn't need an RFC/shouldn't be an RFC) RFCs

- Versions
-- 3.0.x
--- 3.0.x Discussion
--- 3.0.x New features discussion
--- 3.0.x Styling
-- 3.1.x
--- 3.1.x Discussion
--- 3.1.x Merged RFCs
---- 3.1.x Merged Event Requests
-- 3.2.x
--- 3.2.x Discussion
--- 3.2.x Merged RFCs

- Everything Else
-- As is
-- Archive of phpBB Related Forums
--- As is
--- 3.x Event Requests
