3.1 notifications somewhat difficult to read

Well someone has to implement it.

I could do it, but hanakin's version will take significantly more work (and I don't have much time), so it won't be finished until 3.2.

My own mockup is significantly easier to do, so that would probably be possible before 3.1.

A bird in the hand is worth more than 2 in the bush.

That being said, lets go with yours for now if it can get into 3.1.

Not true their design changes were made to firstly reduce the amount of the codebase to be more OOCSS and then enhanced from their. It was not a design decision.

By splitting the string into multiple components, it will be easier to implements hanakin's version in 3.2 if we so choose.

I saw the PR was merged. However, why L_COLON was not used instead of manually adding a colon at the end of each sentence in the language file?
