And noone will create that extension. So what we need avatar's in top where is our username than ...

Don't jump the gun. phpBB 3.1 isn't even in release-candidate state yet. There's more than enough time.

In fact. If you start learning a little bit of PHP today, you will be able to create this extension yourself easily by the time 3.1 is released.

Isn't the last poster's entire information already available to the template? If so then it can also be a style author's decision.

Perhaps it would be nice to have an extension or a core feature for profile previews whenever we hover over a username. Like Facebook does it.

I dont think it should be included in phpbb.
I am pretty sure this extension will be created fast, once 3.1 is out. There are a lot of boards that use this already, and making the extension is easy.
