Where I must begin to integrate Plupload in subsilver2? It does not work only with html and plubload-script.

This RFC was already merged so there is no need to integrate it anymore.

I test it and its good ! Only one problem: when i upload images they are too big. Is it there a option to make them smaller and still see them ?

P.s. I try to use that size setting on admin panel but when i write size that is smaller than image size they only turn into links :/
And can you make links from files to be on a new page when you klick on them ?

Well is "Display images inline" set to Yes or No in the "Attachment settings" in the ACP? If set to "No" then that would be why you're getting a link.

Thank you for the great improvement from alpha 2 to a3. I missed the inline-buttons and disliked the design - now its fine.
