Mess for the time being(ie phpBB 3.0.x) you could use: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/mod/one_click_ban if you look at the FAQ tab, you'll also find info on deleting user and banning by IP if you want. SFS support is currently broken but isn't required to use the mod. Your mods could be given permission to the OCB function and do all that by a link in the user profile.

Good idea... +1. Should be added with or without Akismet (just in case some admins don't use Akismet).

I would really like to see someone implement a simple way to mark posts and/or users as spam/spammers which automatically deletes all their content and bans them for 3.2 or sooner.
