Show which Q&A was used for Registration

If Q&A is being used at Registration, it would be good to be able to see in "User Administration" in the ACP which of the Questions has been successfully answered during Registration.

When a series of Q&A is being used the Administrators would then be able to see which has been broken by spammers.

If it could show the history of how the user passed would also be great (I know there are limits ).
