Re: Commit Emails
That file is a RubyGems file:
How deep does the rabbit hole go...
Code: Select all
#!/usr/local/bin/ruby
#
# This file was generated by RubyGems.
#
# The application 'git-commit-notifier' is installed as part of a gem, and
# this file is here to facilitate running it.
#
require 'rubygems'
version = ">= 0"
if ARGV.first =~ /^_(.*)_$/ and Gem::Version.correct? $1 then
version = $1
ARGV.shift
end
gem 'git-commit-notifier', version
load Gem.bin_path('git-commit-notifier', 'git-commit-notifier', version)
Re: Commit Emails
Do a `locate git-commit-notifier` and get the other one.
Or look here: https://github.com/bitboxer/git-commit-notifier

Re: Commit Emails
It's funny that the whole advertised purpose of that program is to generate one email per commit.
It might be easier to toss it entirely and just cobble together the appropriate commands in a shell script.

Re: Commit Emails
Maybe it's just miss-configured? Looks like version 0.9.2 is what we're using.Oleg wrote:It's funny that the whole advertised purpose of that program is to generate one email per commit.
