You can checkout the latest copy of the 3.1 code (unstable) in
GitHub. If you don't know Git, you can click the ZIP button at the top. The "develop" branch is the 3.1 code. "develop-olympus" is the latest 3.0 code (will be in 3.0.11 when it is eventually released).
Just remember that before you report any bugs, make sure there isn't already a ticket for them in the Tracker.
