WISH: Support for standard email addresses

Hello,

it would be very nice to have support for email addresses in the standard format "Name <email>" on the board settings.

In contrast to the pleasant prosilver-design, all the emails sent from within phpbb look horrible in your inbox because you cannot explicitly specify the sender's name without a bizarre result (or you can and I didn't find the way?). I think this is very easy to correct and would make a lot of people happy.

Would the board name be the name displayed? What about on emails from other users? Would we show the username?

I like the idea. I guess where we could run into problems would be on very long board names or usernames.. Then the emails might look a bit ridiculous. Though that would only be the case in very few instances I think.

For the board (founder) email address it really would be a good thing.
In all others cases you can use the username.

That does not stop you from creating an RFC. Just tell in there that you are unable to code and need another user to code for you.
