Icons switching round

I have no idea whether this is a bug in my browser or a bug in phpBB, and I also have no idea where to post this, but icons keep switching round on A51 (but not .com). For example, I just saw that devil smiley beside "User Control Panel" instead of the UCP icon. Is this happening for anyone else?

Using Safari? I see it every now and en on my iPad but not my laptop using IE9 or FireFox.

Yeah, Safari Mobile on iPhone. Looks like it is a Safari bug, then.
