Well at the moment to simply sticky a topic, back to a normal topic or make it an announcement you have a Y/N Confirmation, yet this is an something very easy to undo. It can slow down simple actions and not very good usability.
My suggestion is to remove the confirmation pages for those actions.

Maybe remove confirmation for the Quick Mod tools, but for the moderator control panel i'd say leave the confirmation in, after all, you can stick or make a topic an announcement by the masses (more than one at a time) so you might want confirmation there.

I think there was discussion already about removing any and all confirmations for actions that can easily be undone. That would be the best option.
