Change post color type

I remember in phpbb2.x there was a mod to change the color scheme or was a color dropdown box for you to select a color. I want to have that instead of the color picker at the right of the post editor.

Is there a mod for this I havent found or would anyone know how to edit the code to do this? I do know phpbb javascript file is involved. thanks
