Help! I've gone and done it now.... :)

I tried to do a manual upgrade to my forums and I screwed it all to (you know where). The URL is http://www.avalon-larp.com/forum/

As you can see, it just comes up with an error. I have no clue how to get past all of this but there is an angry mob after me. Any assistance would be unbelievably appreciated.

You appear to have skipped the last step of the update, running ./install/database_update.php.

How exactly did you do the update?

I am embarrased to say, but I simply extracted the .zip and uploaded the files to my domain via FTP. I did not get much further than that
