Re: Admin email Problem
Go to your ACP -> Maintenance -> Error logs and look for any email related errors, if you have them post back here.

Could not connect to smtp host : 0 : Failed to parse address "mail.bp-and-tus.net"
<b>[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice</b>: in file <b>/includes/functions_messenger.php</b> on line <b>835</b>: <b>fsockopen() [<a href='function.fsockopen'>function.fsockopen</a>]: unable to connect to mail.bp-and-tus.net:0 (Failed to parse address "mail.bp-and-tus.net")</b><br />
Re: Admin email Problem
You need to see if any emails are being sent by your board at all, can you send a test email to yourself and see if that goes through. Also please post your email settings, a screenshot of that page in the ACP would be fine.

Re: Admin email Problem
SMTP will not work with the settings you have, as it's missing several pieces of information.
