before we upgraded from BB2 to BB3 we had a mod that let us add a security question to the registration beyond the capcha.
This cut down on the spam accounts a great deal.

The mod was called "security question" is there a similar thing for BB3?

with the main site being down I have no way of looking unfortunately

I'd like a copy of this mod too if its available as I've had a sudden increase in spam registrations.

looks like the questions and answers have to be hard coded in, and not easily changed via the ACP

above mod is the Best Choice.Recommended by me use Prime Anti-Bot as it displays different Question every time.

the problem is I need something that the questions can be managed through the ACP so if the main admin needs to change or amend the questions, I am not the 1 having to do the work

I followed the instructions and put it on the test forum we have but the option for putting in the answer isnt showing up on the register page
and before you ask, yes I did edit the ucp_register.html for both subsilver2 and prosilver
